We, Seven Stars Havacılık Hizmetleri A.Ş. (Seven Stars Aviation Services Inc.), hereby express our intent to purchase three (3) Airbus A320neo aircraft, year of manufacture 2024. We wish to initiate this process under the following preliminary terms:

  - Physical inspection by an independent surveyor
  - Provision of EASA/FAA Export Certificate of Airworthiness

5. Delivery Schedule
  Preferred delivery timeframe: Q4 2025 or earlier.

6. Confidentiality & Exclusivity
  All information exchanged under this LOI shall remain confidential. A 90-day exclusivity period is requested.

7. Validity
  This LOI is valid until July 31, 2025.
