4. Conditions Precedent
- Review of MSN and full technical records
- Physical inspection by an independent surveyor
- Provision of EASA/FAA Export Certificate of Airworthiness
5. Delivery Schedule
Preferred delivery timeframe: Q4 2025 or earlier.
6. Confidentiality & Exclusivity
All information exchanged under this LOI shall remain confidential. A 90-day exclusivity period is requested.
7. Validity
This LOI is valid until July 31, 2025.
