Subject: Inquiry for the Acquisition of Ten (10) Airbus A350-941 Aircraft – New Build 2024/2025

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

On behalf of three of our clients, we hereby submit an official inquiry regarding the acquisition of a minimum of ten (10) Airbus A350-941 aircraft, new build 2024/2025, under the conditions outlined below.

1. Aircraft Type and Configuration

Type: Airbus A350-941

Year of Manufacture: 2024 / 2025 (New Build)

Cabin Configuration: To be defined according to customer requirements

Avionics, cabin equipment, and optional systems: To be specified in subsequent negotiations

2. Engine Option

The aircraft shall be equipped with the approved and certified engine type for the Airbus A350-941:

Rolls-Royce Trent XWB-84, manufactured by Rolls-Royce plc, United Kingdom

Please confirm whether all aircraft can be supplied with this engine type in a uniform configuration.

3. Certifications

All aircraft and engines must hold valid and current certifications issued by the following authorities:

European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA)

Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), United States

4. Price and Delivery Terms

We kindly request a firm quotation per unit (in USD) and the following details:

Total cost and any available quantity discounts (for 10 or more units)

Delivery schedule and available production slots

Payment terms and possible financing options

Terms for technical inspection and delivery acceptance

5. Additional Information

Please also provide information on:

The expected delivery location

Available maintenance and service packages

Options for crew and technical personnel training

We intend to move forward with formal negotiations as soon as we receive your official quotation including pricing, delivery terms, and technical specifications.
