Managing and coordinating assigned operations between port authorities, government authorities, clients customs brokers, head office ops, and customer service departments.
Planning loading / discharging terminal operations following the deadlines.
Logistics planning & execution and implementation.
Managing port operations team and prioritizing workflow.
Managing ships supply, crew-masters matters, bunkering, stowage coordination, cargo operations for feeder, feeder max, Panamax, Post Panamax size vessels while their port calls.
Organizing, assisting port visits for key accounts of Principals and Ship Owners.
