• Beam: minimum 18 meters
• Flat deck configuration
• Preferably located in the Mediterranean region (or with reasonable delivery options)

• Year built and shipyard
• Principal dimensions (LOA, beam, depth, draft)
• Deck strength (t/m²) and deck area
• Class society and class status
• Current location and trading area
• Asking price and price basis
• Availability / delivery time
• Recent photos and GA / layout drawings
• Ballast system details
• Spud poles or mooring arrangements (if fitted)
• Last drydock / special survey dates
• Previous and typical scope of work
• Any known defects or limitations
