            ∙           RORO capacity: minimum 700 cars (or equivalent lane meters / CBM)

            ∙           Stern ramp preferred (side ramp acceptable)

Trading & Operational Profile

            ∙           Intended trade: UAE – Libya / East Mediterranean

            ∙           Suitable for regional ports with moderate draft limitations

            ∙           Proven RORO and container handling capability

Age & Condition

            ∙           Preferred build year: not earlier than 1998 (flexible based on condition)

            ∙           Class: IACS class (DNV, LR, ABS, BV, etc.)

            ∙           Valid class certificates, no major outstanding deficiencies

Technical Preferences (Indicative)

            ∙           Bow thruster preferred

            ∙           Container lashing gear available

            ∙           Reefer plugs advantageous

            ∙           RORO decks suitable for cars, buses, and rolling equipment

Delivery & Location

            ∙           Delivery location: UAE / Middle East (preferred) or worldwide subject to agreement

            ∙           Target delivery: prompt / within agreed window

Commercial

            ∙           Purchase basis: as-is, where-is, subject to inspection and satisfactory survey

            ∙           Buyers are end-users with operational deployment planned
