Two newbuilding tugboats are currently available for resale and can be developed for interested buyers. These vessels were recently inspected and are under construction in South East China, scheduled for delivery in March 2026.
The vessels are designed as modern harbor and coastal tugboats, built under Bureau Veritas (BV) class, and equipped with Niigata main engines and Niigata Z-Peller propulsion systems. Their compact dimensions combined with strong propulsion provide reliable maneuverability and bollard pull performance suitable for port operations, ship handling and towing assistance.
Each tug is powered by two Niigata 6L19HX diesel engines, delivering 735 kW at 1000 RPM per engine, coupled with Niigata ZP-09 Z-Peller propulsion units. This propulsion configuration allows excellent thrust control and maneuverability, essential for harbor towage operations.
The vessels are also equipped with Mitsubishi FiFi pump systems, onboard generators, and adequate tank capacities to support regular harbor service and operational reliability.
