Ro-Ro passanger ship to buy

Hello, i am looking for a ship to buy that meats the below stated requirements. Would you be able to give a quotation if you have in stock.

GENERAL REQUIRED SPECIFICATIONS OF SHIPS FOR LAKE MALAWI

-. Minimum freeboard of 0.25 m at maximum loaded or not less than 3.7% of the total length.

-ii. Minimum length overall of 14 meters of the ship.

-. Maximum draft of 3.5 meters when loaded.Maximum breadth overall of 13 meters for accommodation on the existing Floating dock.

SPECIFIC FOR PASSENGER TRANSPORT

-The passenger ships should be of low fuel consumption, with simple shipboard systems.

-Low draft or ro-ro type that can berth directly on the beach as berthing facilities are not available at all locations  with a drop down ramp.
