Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Thu Tran is chief engineer on BINHMINH vessel. I am writing regarding to the marine seawage treatment device is using on my vessel.
My vessel is Binhminh with IMO No.9268447 , Call sign 3WKE is using the TAIKO SBT-40 ship-clean sewage treatment unit but the manual instruction book and the machine certificate were lost due to the docking time. At the moment, I do not have any documentations of the device to order spare parts, especially, there is'nt the device certificate to show to the port state control which causes various issues in operation of the vessel.
