• Who currently holds legal title to the equipment?
• Is the asset held under a project SPV, a financial institution, or within a Siemens / Siemens Financial Services structure?
• Are you acting as direct mandate for the title holder, or as an intermediary?
• Can you confirm the original project reference (country and project structure)?
• Is proof of title and chain of ownership available (redacted copies acceptable at this stage)?
As we are working directly with an end buyer, it is important for us to establish a clear and transparent structure before moving forward.
