Purchase of MAN 18V32/40 Diesel Generator Sets

Dear Sirs,

IMMA Baltic MB, representing the IMMA Global group, hereby expresses its strong interest and readiness to purchase diesel generator sets of the type MAN 18V32/40 with the following parameters:

• Nominal Voltage: 11.5 kV

• Unit Power Output: 9 MW

• Frequency: 50 Hz

• Alternator: ABB AMG1120 LT08DSE (alternatives from other reputable manufacturers may also be considered)

• Quantity: from 1 (one) up to 15 (fifteen) units

• Location: Seller’s warehouse

We confirm our readiness to proceed with the acquisition of the above-mentioned units under the following conditions:

1. Inspection of the equipment at the Seller’s warehouse.

2. Receipt of the complete package of technical and legal documentation.

3. Agreement on commercial terms, including purchase price, Incoterms delivery conditions, and payment structure.

This Letter of Intent represents our firm intention to acquire the specified generator sets. We are prepared to proceed with negotiations and the organization of all necessary procedures without delay.
