Handheld pressure calibrators

JOFRA HPC500 / HPC502 handheld pressure calibrators provide deadweight tester accuracy in a modern digital package. HPC units are available as independent calibrators or in one of six complete ready-for-test systems that are equipped to meet any need for pressure calibration.

HPC500s can be used in a very broad range of applications, from simple tool-type jobs to complex calibration jobs in custody transfer systems. The series has been designed to meet high-accuracy pressure calibration applications and facilitate your tasks.

HPC units offer features such as user-configurable information display, 15 different pressure units, transmitter supply, milliamp input, percentage-error calculation, voltage measurement, serial communication, and external pressure module capability. The accuracy of the HPC500 calibrators is specified in percentage of reading, to ensure an even better accuracy and wider applicable pressure range.

HPC units are temperature-compensated from 0°C to 50°C / 32°F to 122°F for on-site operation. These truly superior pressure calibrators for laboratory and field use bring laboratory accuracy into the field.

Process-control handheld pressure calibrator

The HPC400 series is a true calibrator, a field instrument designed for easy and reliable check and calibration of pressure. HPC400s can be used in process control applications such as verification or calibration of pressure gauges, transducers, transmitters, pressure switches and safety valves.

The HPC400 series is recognised for its high quality and carefully selected time-saving features, making calibration tasks easy to perform. All relevant information is instantly shown in the large multi-information display, such as 15 different pressure units, transmitter milliamp reading, min/max recording, peak reading, and semi-automatic pressure switch test recording the closing, opening and hysteresis pressure (deadband), and five user-specified setups for frequent measurement/calibration jobs. Maintenance of the instrument is easy.

The HPC can be delivered as an individual calibrator or as a complete calibration system ready for use in a carrying case, including pump, hose, connectors, battery, test leads, user manual and traceable calibration certificate.

ATEX and CSA-certified industrial pressure indicators

JOFRA IPI industrial pressure indicators bring together the ease of an analogue gauge with the accuracy and easy-to-read display of a digital calibrator. Use the JOFRA IPI in applications from safety-valve checks to system-pressure verification.

The JOFRA IPI indicator is ATEX and CSA-certified for use in potentially explosive environments such as oil refineries, chemical plants and offshore platform, where there is a risk of inflammable gases.

The IPI is designed to meet your pressure measurement applications and make tasks easier. It offers 18 different pressure units, long battery life, high accuracy and serial communications. The accuracy of the IPI rivals that of a pressure calibrator and is temperature-compensated for shop or in-process applications. This versatile unit is available as a stand-alone indicator or part of a complete test system.

You can perform a calibration locally without returning the IPI unit to the manufacturer: all you need is an accurate pressure reference. If you require factory calibration, the pump and indicator are independent and only the indicator needs to be returned.

The JOFRA IPI is available as an indicator or in one of six complete test-ready systems that are equipped to meet your pressure measuring or testing needs.

Compact temperature calibrators

The CTC series of compact temperature calibrators is designed for both on-site and maintenance shop use. The user interface is easy and intuitive: one-key-one-function gives quick access to time-saving features such as the switch test or the auto-stepping function.

We have six different models of compact temperature calibrator that differ in temperature ranges and immersion depths.

Dry-block pressure calibrators

ITC dry-block calibrators are designed for both on-site and maintenance shop use. Use is generally for critical process control but can vary based on calibration and testing requirements.

These dry-block calibrators are available in three different temperature ranges, all equipped with RS232 serial communication capabilities.

Advanced temperature calibrators

The unique active dual-zone heating block of our ATC advanced temperature calibrators is designed to ensure optimum temperature homogeneity in the calibration zone of the block. This design eliminates major uncertainties due to heat loss through the sensor-under-test and from the top of the block.

The dry-block design combined with the external reference sensor input make the ATC series as accurate as a laboratory calibrator but maintain the speed and portability of a dry-block.
