We are interestedin purchasingmembranes for Prismhorizontal separators, articleSH8100-P2-SS-SO.

Flow characteristics:75,000 sm³/hr. 

Pressure: 9.2 MPa.

The composition of the raw gas:

hydrogen(H2) —74%;

carbon monoxide(CO) —23%;

carbondioxide (CO2) —0.6%;

methane(CH4) —1.7%;

nitrogen(N2) —0.35%;

argon (Ar) —0.35%.

The required composition of the purified gas:

hydrogen(H2) —45-55%;

carbon monoxide(CO) —41-48%;

carbondioxide (CO2) —no more than 1.5%;

methaneand nitrogen(CH4 +N2) —no more than 6%;

oxygen(O2) —no more than 0.03%.

The membrane will be supplied without a vessel(8 SESVESSEL).

Membrane dimensions:length — 3200mm, width — 200 mm.
