Supply of Capital Spare Parts for Hitachi H-25 Gas Turbine & W251B11/12 2nd Stage Blades

Dear Sir/Madam,

We are requesting your best commercial and technical quotation for the supply of the following capital spare parts required for our upcoming maintenance outage for the Hitachi H-25 Gas Turbine. All items must be new, genuine, and compliant with OEM standards.

1.       Hitachi H-25 Gas Turbine – Capital Parts

2.       Westinghouse W251B11/12 Gas Turbine – Blades

3. Technical & Commercial Requirements
 

All parts must be OEM or OEM-approved equivalents meeting or exceeding original material and dimensional specifications.
 

OEM authorization/proof: We will require an OEM authorization letter or documented OEM approval for Hitachi or Westinghouse parts (if offered as “OEM”); if they are aftermarket, then please share detailed manufacturing certificates and test reports. 

• Certification of origin, conformity, and quality (material test certificates, coating details, and balancing reports) must be provided.
• Please confirm if these are new OEM, new aftermarket, or refurbished/exchanged.
• Traceability & material certificates: We will eventually require Mill Test Certificates (MTC), chemical composition, coating specifications (e.g., MCrAlY), heat-treatment records, and dimensional inspection reports.
• Third-party inspection: We will require SGS / BV / Intertek pre-shipment inspection and material analysis (especially for critical hot-section parts).
• Warranty: Minimum 18 months from delivery or 12 months after installation, whichever occurs first.
• Delivery terms: CIF Islamabad/Pakistan (preferred) / FOB (alternative acceptable).
• Quotation validity: Minimum 90 days.
• The required delivery lead time needs to be mentioned clearly.
• Vendors must indicate the manufacturing country and applicable export compliance (if any).
• Please provide references for prior deliveries of the same part number, and request photos of the batch and packing. 
• Please provide correct export documentation to ensure that parts can be legally exported/imported (some hot-section manufacturing processes or coatings can have export control implications).
• Warranty & acceptance tests: Explicit warranty (performance & defect liability) and acceptance test criteria (balance, visual, dimensional).
