Hello,
We have been offered the same turbines from a different source with a different (higher) price. We have a buyer in UK, a company that we represent. We can make all needed agreements for intermediates (if any) NCNDA if needed, commissions will be paid from Liechtenstein or from Montenegro. What we need is a clear offer from the seller (all the technical specification we have already plus 80Mb from Siemens), Kindly advice if you are in a position to proceed.
