• The sale of the aircraft is in progress, awaiting receipt of the KYC  and NDA  from the BUYER side.
• The aircraft documentation is ready to be shared once the aforementioned documents are received.

• Receiving the KYC and NDA will allow the negotiation to move forward to a more concrete phase.
