1) Seller provide ship’s detail particular and photos
2) Seller to offer the FOB price which is USD 2.25 million
3) Buyer to issue letter of intent, indicating the price approval, to be addressed to :

Shipping, Chartering, Bulk Carrier, Mother Vessel Offshore Vessel Supply,
Cargo Handling and Shipping
4) Seller to issue invitation in Batam for top table meeting :
- Sign the sale and purchase agreement
- Proof of product – seller provides ship’s document and certificate
- Proof of Fund – buyer provides the bank coordinate that can be softly probed or show the bank statement of sufficient fund to enter
into this sale and purchase transaction
- Clear the payment of about 50% and can be kept by public notary / lawyer appointed by both parties for each party’s convenience.
- Vessel inspection
- Clear the balance of payment
5) Seller to guarantee the ownership’s genuine and escort the vessel until sailing out from Indonesia water
6) Sailing permit of the vessel from the current vessel location to Bangladesh or to other country will be seller’s responsibility
7) TAX will be on seller’s account
8) Other requirements can be win-win discussed during this meeting
Offer is valid only for two calendar days, starting from today, August 9th 2012.
Please work out on the letter of intent and price approval, using buyer’s company letter head, sign and seal.
To close the deal, buyer need to submit :
1) LOI and price acceptance
2) BCL (Bank Confirmed Letter) that advising buyer has a sufficient money to enter into this sale and purchase transaction.
