MAN Energy Solutions will become Everllence

As our valued supplier, we would like to inform you that we – as one of the oldest
industrial companies in the world – are changing our name:
MAN Energy Solutions will become Everllence.
As of June 4th, 2025 we will operate worldwide under this new brand name.
We are simply changing our name – nothing more.
The renaming will have no impact on our product and service portfolio, nor will your
contact persons in the company change.
Please note that invoices must be issued to MAN Energy Solutions Singapore Pte.
Ltd. until the official rebranding date. As soon as the new company name comes
into effect, all invoices must be addressed to "Everllence Singapore Pte. Ltd.", even
if the order was placed under the name of "MAN Energy Solutions Singapore Pte.
Ltd.”.
The new name of the principal company – Everllence SE – officially comes into
effect on June 4th, 2025.
All other companies within the Everllence SE Group that currently incorporate
“MAN Energy Solutions” in their company name will gradually be renamed,
including those outside Germany. The process will extend over several months, as
it is dependent on requirements in the relevant jurisdictions, for which there are
different processing periods.

Everllence SE will be the same legal entity as MAN Energy Solutions SE after June
4th, 2025. It will only change its company name. This also applies to the
subsidiaries of MAN Energy Solutions.

Our GST ID number, Unique Entity number (UEN)/commercial register number and
bank details also remain unchanged after the official rebranding date.
Additionally, if you use MAN Energy Solutions as a reference for your customers,
e.g. on your homepage, please also adapt this to our new name, “Everllence”, as of
June 4th, 2025.

Our new name
‘Everllence’ combines the two English-language terms ‘Ever’ (as in always but also
first-ever) and ‘Excellence’ – two central attributes of our self-image.
The history of our company stretches back over 250 years. ‘Ever’ expresses this
historical continuity, that we have been writing industrial history for as long as there
has been industry but, equally so, that we have always looked to the future.
Because ‘Ever’ can also be interpreted as ‘first-ever’ − the invention and
development of new solutions and technologies, and the engineering and
pioneering spirit that has always characterised us.
Similarly, ‘excellence’ refers to our high technological standards − cutting-edge
technology is part of our DNA. But beyond technology, we also stand for an
‘excellent’ corporate culture at all levels − from cooperation with customers,
partners, colleagues and our management culture, to corporate citizenship.
Why are we changing our name?
In changing our name, we are continuing our corporate strategy of “Moving Big
Things to Zero” and thus our focus on industrial decarbonisation technologies as a
growth driver. For this reason, MAN Diesel & Turbo became MAN Energy Solutions
back in 2018.
At that time, we were at the start of a journey that is now well-advanced. Today, our
company is established worldwide, not just within marine engines and retrofits to
enable the use of alternative fuels, but also as a supplier of large heat pumps,
systems for CO2 capture from industrial processes, and hydrogen technology.
‘Everllence’ reflects this success and our company’s evolution

Everllence is part of the Volkswagen Group
Even as Everllence, we will remain part of the Volkswagen Group; we are simply
changing our name, nothing more. As our valued supplier, you can continue to
expect the same high level of commitment as before – regardless of whether you
have been cooperating with us for one, ten or 100 years.
We are continuing a proud tradition under a new name and look forward to
continuing our journey together with you.
