Since 1993 the Company–“s core activity has moved to cater for the needs of external shipowners as well as financiers and includes the following services which covered by the appropriate certificates and licenses and may be offered as full set or separately: - Technical management (main scope of activity) - ISM / ISPS certification and maintenance - Vessels technical inspection and valuation - Sale and purchase of vessels - Marine consultations (including financial) - Project Development and Management - Accounting service and Budgeting - Insurance arrangements and claim management - crewing (in cooperation with our partners) Throughout the 20 years of its existence KMS Ltd. was involved in the management of various types of vessels including: bulk carriers, tankers, reefers and general cargo ships. The total number of vessels managed exceeds 50 ships. Our vessels fly various flags and are under supervision of GL, LR, BV, DNV and RMRS and are manned by crews of various nationalities, with the majority mostly Estonian seafarers. All personnel of KMS Ltd. have a high academic marine education and extensive practical experience. The office of KMS Ltd. is certified by Bureau Veritas in accordance with ISM / ISPS and ISO 9001:2008. The quality control of the vessels is assured by our "Safety & Quality Assurance Department" which maintains quality and safety rules through regular ships visits and audits.
