-Chemical STS Tanker: 19,000-23,000 DWT, under 15 years old, built in Japan or Korea.

-Semi-Refrigerated Ship: 6,000-8,000 CBM, under 15 years old, built in Japan or Korea.

For BBHP: 

-LPG carrier (5,000 CBM), under 5 years old up to resale, built in Japan, Korea, or China (good shipyard)
