We have a requirement of SPARE PARTS as per below specification and quantity. Kindly send us your offer as soon as possible.

Minimum Requirement : Mandatory

1. CERTIFICATE OF CONFORMITY
2. MANUFACTURER CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1.      Manufacturer Name

2.      Country of Origin

3.      Delivery Period

4.      Validity

5.      Material Pickup Address

6.      Data Sheet / Technical Literature / Drawing

7.      Total Approx. Weight & Dimensions of Complete Shipment

8.      H.S. Code Number required.

9.      Warranty of item shall be 18 months from shipping and 12 months after item installation.

10.  Confirmation that the goods are GENUINE.

11.  Confirmation that the goods are Brand New and from Current Production.

12.  Payment Terms to be 100% on Material Readiness after showing pictures of product from inside/outside packing and sharing packing list of manufacturer.

13.  Certificate of Origin shall be submitted along with material duly endorsed by Chamber of Commerce with free of cost.

14.  Mill Test Certificate (MTCs) shall be provided along with material.
