Ukrainian innovative company ION-Energy Saving Technologies is seeking a business partner to build a pilot oxygen power plant. The oxygen power plant can be installed in any community, at any enterprise, on ships or trains—anywhere significant energy is required. This power plant requires no fuel other than ambient air. The oxygen power plant produces no harmful emissions and does not pollute the planet. The cost of producing one kilowatt of electricity is no more than 1 US cent. Following the sale of the technology, the business partner will receive a 45% stake. The project requires an investment of at least $7.6 million, with a project implementation period of 18 months. After this, the pilot power plant project can be sold to a third party for no less than $150 million.
